Janine is a Health and Wellness advocate.

An avid Yogi, she completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, at Suryalila in Spain, under Frog Lotus Yoga, with Vidya Heisel.

Janine adores sharing the benefits of yoga, which can include increased flexibility & balance, muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality. It can bring a sense of calm, easing anxiety & stress, support sleep, encourage a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, improve cardio and circulatory health and help protection from injury, supporting joints and much more.


Having been through her own health journey, Janine is also a Breast Cancer Advocate. She is passionate about raising awareness for young women, particularly those under 40 and supporting charity work and research in this area. She is an also a keen speaker on finding strength within, positive mindset and finding the light in adversity including challenges that life presents like illness, grief or relationship breakdowns. She is currently writing her first book and looking forward to speaking at wellness festivals, including Wokingham’s Mindset Unlimited Festival.
