Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and include some relaxation and breathing exercises, a gentle warmup, a dynamic vinyasa flow focusing on different areas of the body, a cool down and a meditation.

Janine is particularly passionate about providing recovery sessions for Elite athletes.
